These heaters provide heat in the form of Infra Red energy. This energy heats people and objects, not the surrounding air. This makes them ideal for draughty areas or for spot heating in large spaces.

Choosing the right size heater

As Infra Red heaters work in a different way to standard heaters, room size is unimportant. Heating from the electric H12 can be effective up to 6m away. Infra Red heating from the gas H130 is effective over much greater distances. Fuel combustion is assisted by forced air and exhaust fumes can be vented outside.
